Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to our terms & conditions, you are agreeing to the given ETA Current turnaround time is up to 7-14 business days for in stock products and 14-21 business days for wholesale. By agreeing, you understand that delays are out of our control, and if you want to cancel orders, you must follow the conditions listed below. 


Fajardo’s Family Décor DOES NOT accept cancellations for orders placed without codes. We cannot add in discounts after an order is placed. For items that are in-stock or pre-orders that haven’t closed, we can refund, with a 5% cancellation fee. 

For pre-orders that are already ordered, we charge a 15% cancellation fee. At this point, your order has been ordered, and by canceling, we require 15% to cover a small fraction of your cancelling items cost. 

Store Hours: 

Our online store is open 24/7. You may purchase anytime. If your order is an in-stock order, we will have it shipped within 21 business business days, but typically less. 

We ship orders and can answer emails Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9 am to 12pm. If you contact outside this timeframe it may not be answered until business hours.

Address Changes:

We do accept address changes please email us at admin@fajardosfamilydecor.com for this change.

Damaged Items or Melted Items:

Please note that shipping items through the mail can come damaged or melted especially when it is very hot. We have now added the option to purchase ice packs with your order. This will be refunded if they are returned. If you do not purchase this item you assume all risk of it possibly melting.



We do not accept returns on our products. 


Returned to sender packages: 

If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, we are not obligated to reship the package. Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs to reship the item/s if the package arrives back to us. 

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

Once we ship your items, we are no longer responsible for your items, but we will always help you locate them.

Route shipping insurance is the only coverage we offer if a package goes missing, is damaged, or is lost. If Route is de-selected from checkout, we can not ensure you will receive any compensation from USPS. 

Please call your local post office and ask about your package. Have your tracking number ready, as well as the tracking information that can be found on USPS.com. Most packages are found with only a slight delay in delivery.

We cannot guarantee a refund for lost or stolen packages, but will do our best to assist you with USPS claims the best that we can! 


Manufacturer Defects & Warranty: 

FFD provides product warranty for 30 days starting from the date that you receive your item. Warranty covers manufacturing defects: Damaged PUL, stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, and fabric. For any defects we ask that you contact us at admin.fajardosfamilydecor.com or message our business page on Facebook with photos of the defects.

Do not post to our Facebook group if you have an issue, it will not speed up a response. 

Our warranty does NOT cover: Leaks, odor issues, repelling, staining, fading, elastic issues past 1 month of purchase, fit issues, excessive wear and tear or any other issues.

Warranties are a case by case basis. 

Discount Codes: If you have a coupon or code, it MUST be entered when placing your order. We cannot add codes in after the order is submitted. Our website doesn’t give us this option, and if we refund, your order is marked as unpaid in our system. This creates inventory issues, and can cause your order to be overlooked. Please double check your cart before submitting.
